My gym has one and it is the best ab workout I have ever experienced in 30 years of fitness….there is ALWAYS someone on with 2 people waiting. So I am very surprised the review was not more positive, but I guess this is just what Consumer Reports does. She said 16% reported back discomfort. Well my back has improved and what about the 84% without discomfort? I agree with that knee raises (bottom up) is the most effective – just look at gymnasts…her credibility was blown right there.

1st of all, I notice this product sells for $250, not $400 – it would help if they went to the website, but considering their testing methods it is not surprising. then, hmm let’s see…who to believe: a. owners of 5,000 + health clubs across the world that have one or several of these on their workout floors, or b. a smart-ass girl that has no clue, over acts and Uses the fingers to “knock” the “Parenthetical” bottom up movement that any and all fitness experts know to be the gold standard.
