I jail broke my iPod touch 3rd gen and downloaded a theme .. How do I use that theme?

i tryed instally winterboard but i haveto turn off my ipod to install it and the jailbreak i have makes it that when i turn my ipod off it gets reset.
Download Winterboard from Icy or Cydia.
After that, you can press the Winterboard app and you should see the theme that you have downloaded. If not, try reinstalling the theme. After reinstalling, press winterboard again and press which theme you want. Go back to your springboard and it should reload. 
And you’re DONE!

It would’ve been helpful if you told what program you’re using. After you jailbroke it, go to WinterBoard. Check the theme you downloaded and press the home button. Don’t worry it’s not frozen. Hope I helped.

You will need to download Winterboard as well. That will manage all of your themes, ringtones, email tones etc…
Once you download Winterboard, open it and you will see the name of the theme you downloaded. Click on it and close Winterboard, the phone will respring and freeze for a minute don’t worry it’s normal everytime you close Winterboard.
After the phone resprings your theme will be set.
